Who we are
Haaziro provides a QR-based digital concierge that hotels use to share information with guests and receive guest requests and room-service orders. This policy explains what information Haaziro handles and why.
Hotel guests
- Guests do not create an account and are not asked for their name, email or phone number.
- Scanning a room's QR code starts an anonymous session linked to that room. Requests, orders and any notes or chat messages a guest sends are shared with that hotel's staff so they can respond.
- Unused guest sessions are deleted automatically.
- Where a hotel enables the optional AI concierge, guest chat messages are processed by an AI provider to produce replies.
Hotel staff and administrators
We store the name, email address and role of staff accounts that a hotel creates, and a log of important admin actions, so the hotel can run and audit its service.
Website visitors and demo requests
This website does not store what you type. The “Book a Demo” form opens an email in your own mail app; if you send it, we use those details only to contact you about Haaziro. The guest demo runs entirely in your browser and does not send what you enter anywhere.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers for hosting, databases and error monitoring, and, when enabled by a hotel, an AI provider — only to operate Haaziro.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or delete information you sent us, reply to our email or write to us at the address you contacted. Guests with questions about a stay should contact the hotel directly.
