The service

Haaziro is software that hotels use to provide information and services to their guests. Each hotel is responsible for the information, services, menus, prices and offers it publishes, and for fulfilling guest requests and orders.

Hotel accounts

Hotels are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for keeping passwords confidential. The specific commercial terms for a hotel are set out in its agreement with Haaziro.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to access hotels, rooms or accounts you are not authorised to use.
• Don't submit false requests or orders, or disrupt the service.
• Don't try to copy, probe or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
